WOMENSPEAK Training (WST) provides women and diversity partners with the best public speaking, public communications, and executive presence training available.

WST training programs, executive coaching tracks, and speaking events help build competencies that create a greater share of female voice and visibility within organizations. Our goal is to interrupt biases regarding women’s voices in public spaces that can result in "asymmetrical positions for women and men.” Organizations gain greater exposure to the intellectual capital within their own talent pools when they put systems in place that ensure they are hearing from their womenInclusion of diverse perspectives leads to higher performing organizations.

Our Collective Responsibility Model is the guiding principle of all WST offerings. The model invites the full participation of the organization and its members to construct inclusive arenas for public speaking and discourse.

Skills building sessions for women only provide actionable training in rhetoric and executive presence. Focus in these sessions includes identifying internal/external biases around women and public speaking, public speaking training (including one-on-one coaching), and strategies for recruiting allies and sponsors for amplifying female voices. Women's Only sessions provide meaningful spaces to build confidence with speaking up/out, to discuss sensitive issues, and to brainstorm meaningful solutions for building greater female share of voice.

Sessions that include allies and diversity partners provide an overview of research regarding inclusive spaces of speaking and listening, skills building sessions for best practices of speaking and listening inclusively, and recommendations for both being and recruiting allies and sponsorship for amplifying female voices.
